When used with one or two wireless office headsets, the ZoomSwitch Trainer allows employees and employers to train with a second person monitoring without sacrificing mobility.

Plug the wireless or corded headset into the adapter for normal one-on-one conversations.
When a second headset (corded OR wireless) is plugged into the adapter, either or both microphones can be muted with the push of a button.
